The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for delivering high quality customer service, and maintaining knowledge of the manufacturer brand and vehicle inventory. The Brand Ambassador will work closely with the New and Pre-Owned Car Department as well as the Finance Department to provide a great customer experience.
